SARAH ANDREWS
As an ADHD-Certified Educator, Sarah Andrews is passionate about supporting clients who struggle with sustained attention, inhibitory control, and emotional regulation. Sarah taught for over ten years in gifted classrooms where she worked with small, intensive RTI learning groups to support students with exceptional talents and diverse needs — including ADHD, ASD, GAD, and EFD. Throughout her teaching tenure, Sarah became experienced in developing educational plans (both IEPs and 504s) focused on obtaining specific behavioral goals. Working with students at the primary, middle, and high school levels, she created concrete, applicable plans for bright students struggling to plan ahead, break down complex projects, and employ flexible thinking.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction, Sarah holds additional endorsements in ESOL and Gifted & Reading Education. In addition to her ADHD Certification, Sarah completed targeted executive functioning training with Dr. Peg Dawson and earned certification with Sarah Ward on strategies to increase student engagement by decreasing anxiety. Sarah’s good nature, kindness, and deep empathy for others set her apart as a beloved coach and mentor.
