Payment & Rescheduling Policy:

1. Clients enrolled in the NSEF Coaching Subscription Plan agree to meet with their coach every week at a designated day & time for personalized 1:1 coaching.

2. Coaching subscription plans renew automatically every 4 weeks. Clients who wish to stop coaching services after completing the four session in their subscription cycle may cancel before their next subscription renewal date. After this time, coaching sessions are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

3. If the client cancels or requests to reschedule a session with less than 48-hour notice, client shall pay the full fee for that session. Rescheduling requests with more than 48-hour advance notice are permitted, when available, within the duration of the plan parameters.

4. All clients have the right to a Coach Match Guarantee. If the initial coaching session does not prove to be a good match, NSEF will re-match the client with another coach or refund the remaining sessions on the subscription plan. Client must make this request, in writing, within 48-hours after the initial session.

5. EF coaching represents both a financial and scheduling commitment. Sessions are expected to begin and end on time. If there is a need to address additional questions or concerns, professional consultation outside of the client’s 50-minute session (including extra one-on-one coaching sessions, scheduled and unscheduled phone sessions, requested report writing, documentation of progress, and consultation with outside providers) will be prorated and billed accordingly.
