Jeffrey Konieczny is a dynamic EF Coach and ADHD-Certified Educator who loves working with neurodiverse middle and high school students. After completing his Bachelor’s of Science in Communications, Jeffrey earned certification in K-6 General Education, and then continued his training to become K-12 Reading Endorsed, K-12 ESOL Certified, and K-12 Physical Education Certified. Mr. Konieczny believes in incorporating movement, curiosity, and fun into all of his coaching sessions by finding creative ways to engage with students.

Jeffrey discovered his true passion for innovative pedagogy when he was invited to build out and lead his school’s STEM program. In charge of guiding hundreds of students, Mr. K dreamed up creative, engaging, and enjoyable ways for learners to master complex math, science, and engineering concepts. Even students who had previously demonstrated a reluctance to participate (usually based on a fixed mindset around math), began to trust that they could open up with increased confidence. Under Jeffrey’s guidance, students feel safe to learn and empowered to work on the underlying EF skills that allow tangible shifts in performance.

Jeffrey lights up when he works with kids and intuitively understands how to draw out what makes each student special. He is adept at quickly identifying underlying EF skill gaps and helping both learners and their parents understand opportunities for improvement.
