Jeffrey Konieczny

Jeffrey is a dynamic Executive Function (EF) Coach and ADHD-Certified Educator who loves working with neurodiverse middle and high school students. After completing his Bachelor’s of Science in Communications, Jeffrey earned certification in K–6 General Education, and then continued his training to become K–12 Reading Endorsed, K–12 ESOL Certified, and K–12 Physical Education Certified. He believes in incorporating movement, curiosity, and fun into his coaching sessions by finding creative ways to engage with students.

In his current role as an ESE Resource Teacher, Jeffrey works closely with students, families, and teachers to provide individualized academic and executive functioning support. His work has given him extensive experience in both building and interpreting IEPs and 504 Plans, allowing him to advocate effectively for student needs and ensure accommodations translate into real progress.

Previously, Jeffrey was invited to design and lead his school’s STEM program, where he built creative, hands-on opportunities for students to explore math, science, and engineering. Even students hesitant about STEM found new confidence under his guidance, learning not just content but the executive functioning skills that drive long-term success.

Jeffrey lights up when he works with kids and intuitively understands how to draw out what makes each student unique. He is adept at quickly identifying underlying EF skill gaps and helping both learners and parents understand opportunities for improvement. His supportive, strengths-based approach ensures students feel safe, motivated, and empowered to take ownership of their learning.
