Courtney Fields-Thomas
Courtney is an ADHD-Certified Educator and certified social and emotional wellness yoga instructor (E-RYT 200) who specializes in helping emerging adults and adults strengthen their executive functioning skills and create sustainable systems for managing the complexities of work, relationships, and everyday life.
Courtney excels at supporting clients navigating demanding careers, major transitions, competing responsibilities, and projects that can feel difficult to initiate or manage. With dual master’s degrees in English Literature and Gender Studies and more than 15 years of experience in education, advising, and individualized support, Courtney draws from an eclectic toolbox of strategies to help clients of diverse ages and backgrounds identify value-driven goals that provide meaning and motivation.
Courtney is a skilled writing coach with particular expertise in helping neurodivergent clients tackle complex or overwhelming writing projects. Trained through the Bard College Institute for Writing and Thinking, Courtney also served as head of an Academic Support Center, where she developed extensive experience helping individuals navigate challenging workloads and writing demands.
Through a practical and highly individualized approach grounded in accountability, collaboration, and humor, Courtney helps clients translate intentions into action, build lasting executive functioning skills, and find greater confidence and enjoyment in the coaching process.
