Sira Fati brings a unique blend of warmth, structure, and creativity to EF coaching. With a background in psychology and academic counseling, Sira works with middle school, high school, and college students to develop robust executive functioning skills that are both practical and personal.

Before becoming an ADHD-Certified Executive Functioning professional, Sira earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wesleyan University and worked as a teacher and tutor with Upward Bound and Breakthrough Greater Boston supporting first-generation high school and college students.

Recruited to work at Harvard University’s Bureau of Study Counsel, Sira gained inside perspective on how to most effectively support top-tier university students struggling to adjust to the demands of rigorous academic expectations. In her time working at Harvard, Sira helped undergraduate students overcome procrastination and perfectionism and equipped young adults with the resources and skills necessary to thrive.

Sira brings an international lens to coaching. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, she is trained in working across cultural and neurodiverse identities and is passionate about inclusion in educational and professional spaces. In addition to her commitment working with diverse clientele across the United States, Sira worked at an international school in Lisbon, Portugal supporting students from all over the world.

Known for her calming presence and nonjudgmental style, Sira’s clients often say they leave sessions with a sense of clarity, confidence, and concrete next steps. Whether a client’s primary challenge is getting going, staying focused, or maintaining motivation under pressure, Sira works side-by-side with each of her clients to name and clarify the goals that matter most to them and co-create systems that stick. Sira’s coaching is grounded, affirming, and focused on long-term skill-building.
