AMANDA SWARTZ
Amanda is an accomplished Marketing Strategist and Project Management Certified Professional who is passionate about enhancing organizational performance through the design and implementation of actionable strategic plans, efficient operational processes, and effective management systems. As Operations & Business Manager, Amanda is dedicated to overseeing operations at North Shore Executive Functioning with a focus on performance and sustainable growth through innovative marketing and outreach strategies designed to serve each client. Always on the search for grand adventures, Amanda can be found in her free time with her husband and two children searching for the next unique landscape, fairytale castle, or ancient architectural gem.
Soledad von Klitzing
Soledad has been a valued member of North Shore Executive Functioning since 2021, serving as the primary contact for all administrative tasks and ensuring seamless operations for coaches and clients alike. With over a decade of international experience living, working and studying in London, Berlin and Buenos Aires, Soledad brings a global perspective and exceptional organizational skills to her role. With two university degrees and advanced certification as an International Registered Travel Agent, Soledad can be found outside work hours dedicating her time to running her own travel business. Beyond her professional commitments, she has a passion for exploring history and politics and engages in various artistic pursuits, including watercolor painting, singing, and traveling.
ISABELLA JARAMILLO
Isabella is our Marketing Coordinator. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising and over 10 years of professional experience, she is responsible for managing and executing campaigns, overseeing market research, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring our brand message resonates with the right audience.
Isabella’s passion for understanding human behavior drives her approach to marketing. She is fascinated by how the mind works, why people make decisions, and how marketing can influence those choices.
Outside of her professional life, Isabella loves exploring new places and cultures. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and dogs, finding balance in life’s simple joys.
