Jessica Weil
For the past decade, Jessica Weil has worked with students and families in a variety of roles including learning specialist, educational consultant, reading interventionist, literacy and language specialist, classroom teacher, tutor, and executive function coach.
After graduating from Northwestern University with a Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Psychological Services, Jessica went on to receive two graduate degrees from Columbia University Teachers College: a MA in Elementary Inclusive Education and a MA in Literacy. Jessica earned a Masters in Education with a focus on Child Psychology in 2024 and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in School Psychology (PsyD) from the Chicago School where her clinical interests center on neuropsychological testing and accommodation plans for struggling learners.
Understanding clients through an asset-based lens is at the center of Jessica’s practice. She firmly believes in a “one-size-fits-one” approach that is grounded in evidence-based treatments paired with a warm and understanding connection. Through her years of coaching and teaching, Jessica has proven that celebrating a client’s strengths, while practicing new skills in a safe and supportive environment, is the foundation to help instill self-confidence and foster lasting behavioral change.
